Our Founder's Journey

Blair Hutson began his logistics career in 2002 as a dispatcher and steadily rose to become General Manager of a leading brokerage. With over two decades of experience across every department—from dispatch to claims, accounting to operations—Blair developed a deep, hands-on understanding of the industry. His leadership style, rooted in adaptability, innovation, and integrity, laid the foundation for a new kind of logistics company.

After years of navigating the challenges and opportunities within the logistics world, Blair saw a need for a brokerage that prioritized more than just freight—it needed to prioritize people. Our company was founded to create a space where customers, carriers, and employees all thrive.
